There are no contracts to sign and no set up fees, just enter your properties and go! You'll get unlimited customer support by email and/or phone, all future upgrades, and all the users you wish to add to the account. Payments can be automatically made each month by credit card or you may send a check.

Data security and privacy policy in brief

OnSite Property Manager™ does not share, sell, or allow any access to your data to anyone other than those users you have designated. If you request customer support on your account, you will first be asked to provide us temporary access so that we may assist you.

Your contact information belongs to you as well and is not sold, disclosed, or shared with any third party or business partner of OnSite Property Manager™ or Ideal Applications LLC.
