If you choose to enter their email address and enable the tenant portal, the software will automatically send them a link to their account on our tenant portal site RentPaymentOffice.com
Tenants can then login whenever they choose and view their statement, make a payment, or request maintenance.
Make it easier on your property management staff
Online tenant payments are posted to their account instantly and they can print their own receipts. Our payment processor (Authorize.net) will automatically deposit the payments directly into your bank account, and the online tenant payments report will show you who's paid online.
Our online tenant payment portal allows you to set a percentage-based convenience fee for each tenant to offset your processing costs.
