OnSite Property Manager™ gives Administrators many options for handling account permissions. Rental property manager software access can be given to users on a company level, or limited to specific properties.

Give your property managers access to only the property that they are responsible for, without allowing them access to all of your properties.

Property maintenance staff can be allowed only to view their tasks and unit maintenance histories.
Allow your accountant to view reports and see property income and expenses for tax purposes.
