Security is our top priority. All data is stored in secure enterprise servers located in commercial data centers and is backed up daily. If your office or home computer crashes, your information is safe. All credit card and password data is encrypted to the highest standard available. Your information and your tenant information is safe with us.

OnSitePropertyManager.com maintains secure browser connections from any computer in any location throughout the entire application. You may access all of your properties from a single login and password.

We strongly encourage you to create separate logins for each and every person on your property management team who will require access to your data, and never give out your own account login or password.

Your information is yours alone, except in the event our system is used for illicit or unlawful purposes such as advertising units you do not own or manage. In the event of fraudulent use, information may be shared with local and federal law enforcement upon their request.
