We know your time is valuable and learning to use new software can be very frustrating, so we designed our software to be very simple and pretty self-explanatory for our users. No previous experience is required, and we offer all the help you need.

We walk you through the Express Setup step by step to get your first company and property entered, then provide you with a quick overview of the site on the Getting Started page. At that point, your Rent Roll is created and you will have access to our User Guide, the Video Library, and unlimited Customer Support by email or phone.
