Keeping track of management and tenant interactions is a snap. Simply click the Notes icon for any tenant and enter your note. Everyone on your management team with access to the rent roll can then just roll their mouse over the Notes icon for that tenant to view the notes. Tasks can also be created and assigned to your staff or vendors. Each vendor or staff member can log in and view their tasks only, or all tasks if you have given them access.
Management letters to tenants can be printed by selecting any of the premade form letters or by making your own. Simply select one from the Form Letter Menu icon and the specific tenant information will be filled into the letter for printing.
