Pricing is based on the total number of units and includes server management and daily backups of your data. There are no fees for technical support or additional users or computers. There are no extra costs involved to use the system unless custom forms are requested. Prices for this management system start at $6.95 per month.
There are no computer licensing fees or per user fees to use the software, all that is billed is a monthly software usage fee based on the total number of units for each Company. You may add as many property management staff as you like and give them each different permissions for each property. Discount pricing is available if you have a larger property.
