Tenants are able to quickly see where they stand and review their payment history. All fees are listed as well to eliminate contention. The system even allows for tenant transfers from one unit to another while maintaining notes and account history.
Receipts can be printed and given for cash payments. Invoices may be posted and printed for repairs and utility charges. A full transaction history is available and each transaction may be reprinted at any time. Tenant account history is kept in the system for the duration of your membership.
